Customer Interface

Sales Representatives
Our Sales Representatives regularly call on our customers and are available on cellular phones 24 hours a day. Standard quotations are produced on site and non-standard quotations require the product to be selected and quoted. The Company representative, at your request, will arrange for transportation of your newly acquired product to your premises free of charged.
Quotations
The quotation is forwarded to the customer. The Sales Representative will follow up the quotation to ensure that the customer’s needs are met.
Order
On receipt of an order the instructions for the specified job/pump are then carried out.
Process Control
The manufacturing process is controlled by means of a job flow (production flow) system, where the process of manufacture is tracked through the various stages. All labour and material used are controlled and recorded.
Quality Control
In the process, inspection is performed throughout the complete manufacturing process. Each process is signed off to ensure adherence to specifications. Final inspection is done once all tests have been performed and the product has been painted. To ensure the customer’s peace of mind, a full Test Performance Certificate is attached to the product upon delivery to your premises.
Historic Information Control
The job pack for your product is archived and can be retrieved at any stage for analysis. The job pack allows the customer the freedom to analyse the job at any time.
Transportation
Products are transported to and from your premises by Chromeplat Industrial Corporation.

Standard of Service
We guarantee all new products for a period of twelve months. All repair products are guaranteed for a period of six months.
